Brought a car from them last year and before I left the town it had broke down. I then had to wait for it to be repaired. I was then offered money back on the car to which they then ignored my message for 2 weeks. It is now 6 months later and I have been told time after time that they will post me my service book and I am yet to still receive it. I have contacted them and yet again no answer.

Having recently had a terrible exeperience with another car dealer, it was refreshing to meet Scott at Smith Car Sales. Really nice down to earth guy, advice but absolutely no pressure. We bought a hyundai estate, in great condition and thus far we have absolutely no complaints at all about the car it drives well and is very comfortable. There are a lot of car sharks out there in the market, and having had a bad experience it is nice to know that good, honest dealers like Scott still exist! i would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Smith Car Sales more highly. I was looking for a larger family car to cope with our changing family. Scott was very helpful and accommodating to my request to view the car and reserve within hours of the car being listed. Within 15 minutes of my enquiry I had full walk around videos to view to help make my decision. It was reserved, viewed and deal made the same day. Following that, I was informed throughout, all the way through to a new MOT before I collected the car. Presentation and finish of the car and how the sale was handled was 1st Class. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Scott and purchase cars for my daughters when they start to drive in a year or so. An honest, trustworthy and comprehensive service with the best customer service to boot.
